Delivery
How can you place a delivery order?
- To place delivery orders, you can use either our website or download our mobile app, available on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
How far can you deliver?
- The maximum distance we can deliver to is set at 10 miles. This distance is set by our delivery provider and can not be exceeded. For more details, please scroll to the bottom to see our delivery radius.
- For catering orders, this delivery radius allows for a maximum of 25 miles. To view the catering delivery radius map, click the following link and scroll to the bottom of the page: Catering Delivery Map
How much does it cost to deliver?
- 0-5 miles - $7.49
- 5-8 miles - $9.99
- 8-10 miles - $12.49
- For catering orders, a flat rate fee of $35.99. is charged. This is because the radius is increased to 25 miles. All catering drivers are equipped with food warmers and larger vehicles to accommodate large orders.
- Delivery distance is determined by required driver mileage, meaning things like traffic or closed roads can cause the distance to change different times
My order did not arrive, is missing items, or is damaged. What do I do?
- Please reach out to us immediately either through the delivery tracking page or at 410-687-7733 and we will do everything we can to make your order right!
Loyalty Program
How do I make a loyalty account?
- Loyalty accounts can be created either through our online ordering page, our mobile app, or on a kiosk in our restaurant.
- To make an account online, visit the Order Online Page and click the profile button in the top right corner. Enter your phone number to get started!
- If using the app, click the Account button and follow the instructions.
- For the kiosk, you can enter your phone number before ordering
How do I earn points?
- Earn 100 points for signing up
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
- For a limited time, earn 2x points for placing an order at one of our in-store kiosks
- Unlock $5 for every 100 points earned
- Unlock exclusive birthday rewards

Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
- For ground shipments, you can expect between 1-4 business days
- For 2-day shipping, you will receive your order within 2 business days
When are orders shipped out?
- Orders are packaged and shipped on Tuesday-Friday
- Orders placed over the weekend will be packed and shipped on Tuesday
Will my order arrive frozen?
- All items are shipped frozen in coolers and we use gel packs to ensure each order stays as cool as possible.
- Depending on the destination and time of year, we expect items to remain frozen for 2-3 days but items may arrive thawed.
- If thawed, Items have a refrigerated shelf life of 5 days and can always be frozen again
How can I track my order?
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number is sent to your email
Gift Cards
If I order a gift card online, where can I redeem it?
- Gift cards are for use in-store only at the counter.
- At this time, we can not accept gift cards for shipping, online orders, or at the kiosk.
How to Cook
For frozen pizzas:
- Allow frozen pizza to thaw completely.
- Preheat oven to& cooking stone/sheet (optional) to 450º.
- Remove pizza from box, plastic wrap, and cardboard.
- Place in the center of your oven, either on a cooking stone/sheet, or directly on the oven rack itself.
- Bakr for 7-9 minutes, or until the top and bottom are golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting.
- Enjoy!

How will I know if I have the job?
- We will contact you to set up an interview. You will know at the end of the interview if there is a position for you
